Schiller's aesthetic educational thought is methodical to establishment of contemporary humanistic education. In schiller's thought about harmony of humanity, he thought that Aesthetics is a necessity of humanity, and that humanity is in harmony with human nature, there are sinlicher tribe and Form tieb in human nature, whether two triebs is harmonious decides whether man has humanity or not. However, with the development of technology at high quality, arrival of knowledge economy and global epoch, the development of human as the dynamic principal body is turned into transformable thing, the perceptual competence of human is neglected. The inspiration of schiller's thought about harmony of humanity is that we should not only attach importance to reason, but also to perceptual. In his thought about structural procedure of fostering human through aesthetic education, schiller thought that the logical order for the development of human is: perceptual human→ aesthetic human → reasonal human. Its inspiration to the child education is that we should attach perceptual education to the child; its inspiration to teaching method is that the teacher should begin with perceptual audio-visual, and make the student get reasonal cognition in a pleasant environment, and make the student grow in all the fields. In his thought about "nature-form" principle, schiller thought that nature is human's "original creator", and that Aesthetics is "the Second Creator", and that Aesthetics is "the second creator"; the first provide material, the second provide form, "the second serve us better than the first". He holded the dominance of the universal form of controlling object over the concrete perceptual materials. That is to say, to endow its form on an object on the basis of inevitable respect for an object. It not only achieves the unity of law and goal, but also shows his emphasis on form. His points of viewsimply for humanistic education: 1. Education should emphasize not only the social norm but also the natural law of students. 2. Education should emphasize the application of form. In " aesthetic appearance and recreation theory", he thought "the game of aesthetics" was the formal activity by means of perception and rationality and was the result of subjective imagination and transcending reality. It applies for humanistic education as follows: 1. the arrangement of the course content need to conform to the principle of perception and rationality, and the course should connect itself with students' life; 2. during teaching, the cultivation of students' imagination will promote the harmonious development of students' personalities; 3. it should emphasize the cultivation of students' transcending spirits, the establishment of the highest value of spiritual freedom, and the setting of transcending curriculum.
