With the progress of teachers'education, there comes up a new way to train teachers, so-called the case teaching method, which attracts our interest. In the practice of teachers'education, the case teaching helps us to integrate the theory into practice, to eliminate the gap between teaching environment and actual working environment. It also can promote the teachers'ability in solving the problems in reality. With the analysis of the components for the literacy in educational technology and the characteristics on case teaching, the thesis ensures the case teaching as an important role in developing the literacy of educational technology. By a synthesis looking at the characteristics of the normal college students and to the need of the literacy of educational technology, we take the references of cases and case teaching in other fields to propose our own case teaching of integrating problem solving is the proper way to develop educational technology literacy. According to the characteristics of the case teaching of integrating problem solving, the thesis explains one model and its main elements in instruction design and the other model in teaching process. It is in term of these two models that the teachers design and implement the instruction. The model on teaching process is testified by the result of instruction in the public course implementation. The course is The Basic of Educational Technology. Furthermore, we analyze and sum up the actual elements that can influence the instruction and suggest some advices for further study.
