It can be seen that as the fast developing of the information technology and the professional course of the teachers,the education system is going to face new challenges and opportunities,and this trend also states that the teachers' ability of educational technology need to come up for a higher level in order to meet the request.The normal major students who are going to enter into educational system are the majority group in the future;they also play a very important role in several sectors such as improving the ability of educational technology and consummating the training process.As a mature method,the case instruction is accepted by the teaching staffs,they believe this kind of teaching is going to play an important role in the process of the educational training.According to the purpose of accelerate the students'ability of educational technology,and base on the ,to implement the study of "case instruction for training literacy of educational technology of normal college students" through the case instruction platform in online learning system,furthermore it is trying to accelerate the literacy of educational technology of normal college students in online learning system.One side,it seems that this method could help students to combine the theory and the practice knowledge together,on the other hand,it should be also considered that the educational technology knowledge is supposed to relate to the student's subject background in case choosing, re-edition and design.The main content of this thesis includes four aspects which are showing below.1.Theory study:firstly,to analyze the domestic and international case studies and current situation of the educational technology ability training through adopt the literature research and questionnaire survey,arrange the issues could be occurred during the training and identify the characteristics under the environment of the internet,moreover,according to this,to bring forward of the feasibility and applicability for case-teaching studies. 2.Design and development:based on the theory study,to design the model of the case studies under the environment of the internet,and explain the principle of the design,key elements of the structure and teaching process.Moreover,to design the instructional ideology of the case studies, design principle,requirement analyze and functional module in order to establish the platform of the case studies.3.Action investigation:it can be seen that to analyze the didactical target,content and characteristics of the students should come up in the first step,and then select the students who are majoring in chemistry in Southwest University as the experiment target to carry through the third round research.In order to improve the level of the student's abilities of educational technology,so in designing and choosing the case studies,there are three main aspects should be followed which are "the ability of applying educational technology and managing information resource efficiently","the ability of teaching design through information" and "information technology and the ability of the course conformity".4.Impact analyze:to assess the effect of the case study experiment mainly through the following three aspects which are the interview,questionnaire survey and the dataset,furthermore,it should be noticed that to analyze the assessment result is also important in order to summarize the research and determine the direction of the development in the future.Through the discussion of the theory and research,in the writer's points of view,this research provides a kind of training manner to be considered for cultivating student's ability,and at the same time it also provides the recommendations especially for those methods which ignore the student's subject background in the current trend.
