School—based curriculum development is important and supplementary for national curriculum development. School—based curriculum development of Guizhou is still at the starting stage. The experiment research of Teaching of " mathematics situations and posing problems" in the middle and primary schools (Hereafter referred to as Teaching of " situation—problem") is the teaching research of one era and real example. It has acquired a great achievement for more than four years. This thesis draws support from the research results of this experiment, and studies School-based curriculum development of Teaching of "mathematics situations and posing problems" in junior middle school in Guizhou (hereafter referred to as School-based curriculum development of " situation—problem" ). It aims at the progress that promotes School-based curriculum development in Guizhou to develop, and that promotes the experiment research of Teaching of "situation—problem" to go on thoroughly. This thesis draws up School-based curriculum development of general theory , the summary of teaching of " situation — problem" ,the practical exploration of School-based curriculum development of " situation —problem", enlighten and expect four part to state . School-based curriculum development of general theory is surveyed in the first part. Including: ① Domestic and international history and current situation ; ② Concept , condition and value; ③ operating technology; ④ Teacher and headmaster. The second part is the summary of teaching of " situation—problem". The main content is as follows, ① the brief introduction of teaching mode " situation —problem" , teaching of " situation—problem" has front, opening, expansionary, can moving and probing into; ② the tactics of opening the mathematics situation and put forward the mathematics question; ③ the state of the experiment research of teaching of "situation—problem". The practical exploration of School-based curriculum development of " situation—problem" is explained especially in the third part. School-based curriculum development of " situation—problem" is that national mathematics course is carried on originally melt and implemented by the school under the guidance of the teaching thought " situation—problem". We study it from four following respects mainly: ①It is necessary to carry on School-based curriculum development of " situation — problem". ② Its feasibility: the tertiary course management system of the country has offered policy terms; achievements of the experiment research of teaching of "situation — problem" have established the theory and practice foundation already. ③Its operation procedure: set up institutional framework—analyses the current situation of the school—work out the course goal—organize the course content—implement the course project—summarize and revise. ④Its experiment research。 The Shenqi middle school of Xingyi city and second middle school of Kaili city in guizhou Province are elected as experimental schools. The Shenqi middle school has written the teaching notes of eight periods. I have carried on case analysis to the shenqi middle school. Three lesson examples of 《 ladder-shaped 》,《rhombus 》and《 number on the milestone 》 have been enumerated. I have explained thesurveying and studying in detail in which I go on appraise, questionnaire and interview to experiment groups of teachers and students, etc. The fourth part is enlightening and expecting of School-based curriculum development of " situation —problem". The student , teacher and school develop in the experiment of School-based curriculum development of " situation—problem" .The push of educational scientific research task is catalyst for School-based curriculum development. Teacher's will is the most important prerequisite for the success of School-based curriculum development.
