The development of education can't depart teachers, and the teachers act the most important characters in the reformation of education. Without doubt, the mathematics teachers are one important part of them. No their development, no success of the reformation of education. This thesis makes the Guizhou province as the example, and tries to put forward a train scheme of Guizhou province middle schools' mathematics teachers' professional development in future.This thesis consists of four parts: The first part expatiated on the background of posing questions ,the questions of resolved and the necessary of this study. The second part, after analyzing, induction and summing up a large number of documents. The writer composes the specialization meaning of middle schools' mathematics teachers. And posing the basic strategy of developing the middle schools' mathematics teachers' specialization. The third part, based on the materials of investigating the middle schools' mathematics teaching circumstances of Guizhou province, sampling survey and gathering materials the different kinds of middle schools' mathematics teachers and interviewing of the these teachers. After gathering materials and putting it in order, data processing and date analysis, conclude the present situation of the middle schools' mathematics teachers' specialization of Guizhou province. The fourth part, in order to improve the middle schools' mathematics teachers'specialization, and in view of existing situation of the middle schools' mathematics teachers' specialization of Guizhou province, carrying through an experiment. In this part, first we expatiated on the teaching experiment of creating mathematical situations and posing problems, and through the comparation of teaching cases, we know this teaching pattern is propitious to the development of middle schools' mathematics teachers' specialization.
