The topic of educational fairness, especially different levels of it, has been heatedly discussed in the educational circles and the whole society. Nowadays, with the development of the society, the importance of knowledge has been projecting in social life. The kind and quantity of knowledge that people gain have much to do with people's future social status and social flow. So the fair distribution of class knowledge is very important in present society. Although people can acquire knowledge via different ways in present days, compulsory education is still the cornerstone of the whole educational system. The knowledge students acquire in the compulsory education is concrete, systematical and comprehensive, and it is the foundation of individual's further sustainable development. So, the fair distribution of class knowledge is of great importance in the compulsory education. In the fact, the class education is the contact being centered on the distribution of the knowledge between the teacher and the student. During the course, on the one hand, the distribution of the knowledge is going through the intercourse between the teacher and the student being involved around the knowledge, on the other hand, the process is going through the intercourse between knowledge itself and the student. The fair distribution of class knowledge in compulsory education is aimed at every student's acquiring knowledge suitable for his personality development. The fair distribution of class knowledge in compulsory education is concerned with the distribution of knowledge in the two intercourses. Based on it, the thesis then goes into the factors that influence the fair distribution of class knowledge in compulsory education, no matter the factors may be systematical, behavioral and teaching environmental. In the end, the effective ways for fair distribution of knowledge in compulsory education are being discussed: pledging the fair distribution of knowledge systematically, demonstrating the fair distribution of knowledge in the level of behavioral principal, and creating the environment that promotes the fairness.
