The Research Into The Cause And Interference System Of Test Anxiety For Senior Students In High School

Test anxiety is an emotional phenomenon, which often appears during testing. It can prevent students from getting top marks seriously if treated improperly, especially for the senior students in high school who are about to take part in the entrance examination to university. Test anxiety occurs in a certain examination situation, and it is affected by individual judgment skills, characteristics and other physical or mental factors. People have done some researches only from their experience but seldom analyze it on the base of cases to eliminate the students' test anxiety effectively. This study based on research from home and abroad analyses the senior students who are preparing for the entrance examination to university with the help of test anxiety research chart. It compares the causes and effects of test anxiety of different students. A lot of difference exists between male and female, art and science, ordinary and key schools. This study analyzes the main causes and effects of their test anxiety, find out its harm, put forward the solutions to avoid and interfere test anxiety, help some students who are upset about testing seriously out of trouble. The study also afford theory guide so that the students can get their best score. Meanwhile, it collects useful data for research into test anxiety of the senior students in high school both home and abroad.
