Both the domestic and foreign research shows that TOS is so great that it affects their life and work badly. The advantages and disadvantages of TOS in teachers' activities lie in the way they cope with it. Different coping styles inevitably lead to the different reaction results. However, in the past research, the selection of the target of stress reaction seldom cares for the teachers' occupational behavior. Accordingly, this study takes the typical and usual teaching behavior — class interaction as behavioral response target of TOS.Summing up the research on TOS can help to discover that the stress and coping study has been separated and unsystematic. Therefore, with the process model "cause — medium —reaction", this paper carries out a comprehensive study through combining occupational stress with coping styles, different coping styles with different aspects of class interaction of middle or primary school teachers (MPTs), and combining together occupational stress, coping styles and class interaction. The author adopts the research method "observation first and questionnaire secondary" and collect materials needed of informants' TOS, coping styles and class interaction by interview and questionnaire.
