In the process of the development of private middle schools,the head teachers undertake a lot of teaching,student management,contact with parents and other work,so the class teacher has become a group of teachers with greater occupational pressure.How to decompress the head teachers in private middle schools has become a hot topic of the times.This paper takes the head teachers of X school in Zhongshan City as an example to explore the occupational stressors and coping strategies of this group.Through this study,we can scientifically diagnose the occupational stress of head teachers in Zhongshan x school,and put forward effective improvement strategies,which can alleviate the occupational pressure of head teachers in Zhongshan x school,so as to promote the better development of their work and the healthy development of the school.In addition,the research methods and conclusions formed in the research process also have indirect reference value for other similar private junior high schools to solve the problem of class teachers' occupational stress.This paper focuses on the exploration of private middle school head teachers'occupational stress sources and stress coping scheme design,which forms four chapters.Through the research,the paper concludes:first,the causes of class teacher's occupational stress in X School of Zhongshan City include:the lack of post competency leads to the occupational pressure;the poor career development leads to the occupational pressure;the imperfect performance appraisal system leads to the occupational pressure The lack of motivation leads to occupational stress,and the lack of family support and understanding leads to occupational stress.Second,the professional needs of head teachers in X school are mainly manifested as:post competency,career development,performance appraisal,incentive,family recognition and support.Thirdly,the necessity of coping with the occupational stress of middle school head teachers lies in:too much occupational pressure affects the physical health of the head teacher,too much occupational pressure affects the mental health of the head teacher,and too much occupational pressure affects the improvement of the work efficiency of the head teacher.In order to strengthen the ability of private schools to deal with the professional pressure of class teachers,it is necessary to design pressure response from the aspects of post competency,career development,performance appraisal,incentive,family support and understanding,so as to relieve the occupational pressure of class teachers in private schools,and enable them to carry out their work with higher efficiency and achieve their own physical and mental health development.
