The Research And Practice Of The Diversified Opening Teaching Model Of The Primary School Art Teaching Method In The Higher Normal Colleges

There are two parts in this article. The first part discussed the research and the conclusion. In my school, the educational conception of the customary primary school art teaching method is very lag, and the content is very old, the teaching form is very blankness. This situation can't adjust to the professional development of the modern college students, it also can't adjust to the basic teaching innovate requirement to the art teachers in the primary school. So, we must depend on the "the innovate compendium of the basic teaching courses", which constituted by the Chinese Educational Department, to carry out the teaching innovate. To the normal school, the compendium submit that the normal school should adjust the training target, professional course installation , curricular structure, also should change the teaching methods.The second part is mainly told how to create the diversified opening teaching model of the primary school art teaching method in the higher normal colleges. First, to choose the teaching material in many aspects, to constitute the teaching contents in the diversified way, to establish the four aspects which includes the vocational value teaching of the teachers, vocational employment teaching, vocational theory teaching, vocational technology teaching. To study the teaching theory and the teaching technology is the principal parts of the four aspects, it shows the practicability and containing of the contents in a special way. Secondly, to the teaching constitution form, it can break the intrinsic simplex acceptation studying form, to execute the opening teaching form, that is Jet the students come in, also let them go out. To use the case teaching and the miniature teaching abundantly, to develop the competition of the teaching technical ability and the independent intensify training, to execute the direction and practice which combine the teaching method and the teaching practice, to test and consummate the teaching form, and then go on commending and directing the normal school students to develop their teaching ability in the primary school, to show the humanism of the accordance society.
