New curriculum highlights the"people oriented"teaching philosophy. One of its major tasks is to gear up the change of students'studying methods, to call for a self-directed, inquiry and cooperative learning method, and to stimulate the development of students'innovative consciousness and practice capacity. Different education objects have different individualities, so teachers should"plant the right crops for the right land"--- teach according to their aptitudes and actual circumstances and local conditions."Diversified teaching design and methods for the same lesson"is a fire-new style of teaching research activity that emerged on such background. To cut a long story short,"Diversified teaching design and methods for the same lesson"is that a specific lesson, teaching content, is prepared and designed and taught by different teachers. The diversity of understanding to the teaching contents, teaching philosophy and teaching methods from different teachers is unfolded by means of"diversified teaching design and methods for the same lesson". Then, for all teachers, through exchanging, comparing and introspection, various optional reference systems are provided,a dialog platform, also as a study platform and a development platform is built. School-based teaching research method of"diversified teaching design and methods for the same lesson"rising in recent years has been accepted and popularized by virtue of its better reflection that different teacher has different understanding to the same teaching content in same textbook, different teaching results produced by different strategy and effective promotion to teachers'introspection as well as achieving experiences sharing, complementing each other's advantages and making progress together.In this article, regarding"diversified teaching design and methods for the same lesson"teaching research as the background, I tentatively analyzed related data and attempt to find a basic normal form of relative teaching research by means of school-based action research through some specific cases. It includes four parts: the first part introduces the background and arisal of conditions of such research, defines the target and importance of such research as well as the research approaches I used; the second part analyzes and collates the history, current status and development trend of this research subject through my study to the related document literature at home and abroad, further in this part, theoretical basis for corresponding items are listed; the third part is the most important part of this article. It presents the theory and idea of"diversified teaching design and methods for the same lesson", designs a basic flow of developing such teaching research activities,and some of my thinking about this subject research; the part four describes the performance process of such activity on the basis of such teaching research activity developed in our school, and this part also shows some outstanding teaching design and excellent records made by teachers when they attended in other teachers'lesson shows, which I think it may provide some help for the research of this subject.
