At present, China is carrying out the innovation of new curriculum of middle school. The core of the innovation is "to make every student successful, to make every school successful". The author integrates the relationship of curriculum structure and educational equity in the view of educational equity, retrospocting and reversed reflecting the traditional curriculum structure of high school. Then, make out a conclusion, the traditional one is not justice in deed. Although, the new one isn't average, nowdays, it can advance educational equity in a wider range . Expecting the thesis can grants powerful thoretical support for the innovation of high school is the author's intention. The thesis mainly inculdes four sections. They are:Section one: In this part, the author by discerning the relationship of educational equity and curriculum structure, clarifying curriculum structure is involved in educational inner equity. Because, firstly, hanker for educational equity is the rationality and necessity of making curriculum structure, next, the new curriculum structure innovation of high school hinges it's success on the people's consensus feeling of educational equity.
