Justice is the eternal value idea and basic code of conduct of human society,which is an important mechanism to protect human nature and realize human's all-round development.With the continuous strengthening of consciousness of social justice,people's demand for education justice also constantly improve.The curriculum is the core of school education,namely,what curriculum support for students determines how much students get development.Education justice research in China are mainly concentrated in the field of macro,curriculum justice researches in the field of micro are relatively few.Therefore,this article from the micro perspective on curriculum,using the method of literature,text analysis,On the basis of the concept of curriculum justice,researching present situation and problems of the three aspects of curriculum justice:curriculum system,curriculum knowledge and curriculum implementation.Finally making in-depth analysis of the causes and put forward some strategies to promote the course of justice.This paper m is divided into five parts.The first chapter is the introduction.This part mainly elaborates the origin of the study,the current situation of the study of curriculum justice.,the value of the research and the design and implementation.The second part is the theoretical basis of this paper.Firstly,based on the justice ethical and the importance of curriculum justice,the author put forward the theme.And then he author makes an analysis of the three core concepts of justice,curriculum,and curriculum justice.Finally,the author analyze the relationship between curriculum and justice.Finally,this paper expands the value standpoints of the basic education curriculum.The third part is about the performance of the curriculum justice problem,they are the curriculum system justice,curriculum knowledge justice,the curriculum implementation justice and the curriculum evaluation justice.The fourth part makes reason analysis on the problem of curriculum justice from three aspects.First is the current education concept is incorrect.The second reason is the imbalance in the curriculum development process.The third reason is the lack of teachers' quality.In view of the status and reasons of curriculum justice,relevant countermeasures are put forward for the realization of the curriculum justice.First,set up fair education concept.On one hand,change the utilitarianism curriculum justice review to set up students-based curriculum justice.Second,establish a fair curriculum system.There are two things,one is to improve curriculum writing system,another is to set up resource allocation and sharing mechanism.Third,we should promote the diversity of courses by enriching course's content and developing school-based curriculum.Finally,improve the teachers' moral cultivation and professional quality.
