The Appearance Of Theory And Practice Of Psychological Contract In Moral Education

This paper has supplyed the fresh theory viewpoint in the moral education area and the new-born forceful pivot-point to improve the effection of moral education by applying the concept psychological contract to moral education.Psychological contract in moral education is the community with a series of subjective faiths which consist of the expectation of students and teachers and subjective perception about their own obiligations.
