Psychological contract is the perceptions of both employees and organization on their mutual obligations. It's a psychological touch between employees and organization, and it is one of the important factors impact on the attitude and behaviors of the employees. Psychological contract violation is possible to come into being if the psychological contract is not satisfied during the communication between organization and employees.The university teachers are the intellectual staff with higher psychological quality and expectation. That's why the psychological contract and its violation have bigger influence to university. It is far-reaching signality to build good psychological contract between university and teachers; reduce the factors of its violation and prevent the risk in university human resource management.In order to carry out the aim of university's human resource management and improve the effect of managing, we should build up harmonious psychological contract and the dynamic managing system. The system should be healthy, benign and mutual benefit to each other. On the one hand, university should actualize right strategy to promote teachers for active functions in longtime; on the other hand, teachers should adjust his own behavior with right expectation to improve his personal development with university's development together in order to enhance university teacher's level through psychological contract management.The paper focus on psychological contract violation of university teachers and their behavior, analyzes the factors interrelated and research domestically and abroad, and integrates the modulation and intervention of violation of psychological contract to promote the efficiency in human resource management of university.The aim of this study is to provide theory guidance for solving the practical problems, improving management, and promoting university development and tring to offer a new view of human resource management in university.
