Innovative spirits and practical capacity are getting more and moreimportant in the knowledge-economic era. As a vocation, which cultivates humanbeings, education faces greater and more austere challenge.For adapting education to the social development, every country has beguneducation-reformation, and since the nineties of the twentieth century theeducation-reformation'characters are self-determination, on-limits and InquiryLearning. Inquiry Learning is a worldwide subject in the educational field. In ourcountry, with the deepening of new curriculum-reformation, study-based learningattracts more and more people's attention; not only can it alter the students'traditionalstudy style but also bring up their innovative spirits and practical capacity. It graduallybecomes the hotspot and brightness of the new basic-education reform in our country.Subject teaching is not only the main approach of quality education, but also thepractical base of kinds of educational theories. Since study-based learning is widelypopularized, the infiltration between study-based learning and subject education hasbeen always an important question to discuss. Physics has a close contact with life,social and nature, so it becomes a important content. But the practice needs abundantresources, include physical resources, information resources and resources intellective;needs breaks the limit of school and classroom, combining normal education withabnormal education. This education form doesn't stick to one pattern, so itembarrasses the schools and teachers in china.
