With the development of science and technology, the world is moving towards technology, network, informatization, globalization swiftly and stepping into a learning type society and the" E-learning" ( referred to as" E times" ). In the" E times" background, network learning on Physics Teaching in senior high schools has a profound impact on Physics Teaching , Therefore, based on the theoretical research and practical exploration,it attempts to find out the factors of influencing the physics class in senior high schools, put forward some feasible suggestions and the countermeasures of how to use the Learning situation to develop students' learning ability, how to enhance the students' learning network knowledge creation, and expect to provide useful references for Physics Teaching in senior high school students' learning and changing the teaching ideas .The paper first elaborated the research background, the present situation as well as the purpose and significance of the study, second it expounds the relevant theoretical knowledge and the connotation of network learning.Third it shows some questionnaire survey and case interviews of teachers,students and parent. Then based on this, the paper proposed senior high school physics learning strategies, teaching practice the implementation of network learning, a preliminary inspection on the feasibility, to provide reference of developing and improving high school physics learning target system.
