Study On Stratum Differences Of City Residents' Ways O F Leisure Life-style

Since we carried out social reform and opening policy, we have brought a great change to the structure of social stratum in China. With the separating and restructuring of the old social stratum, the characteristics of new social stratum have been formed, showing the trend of diversity of social stratum. So far the differences and separation of city residents' leisure life-style in different stratums have become more and more obvious. Therefore, in terms of the separation of stratum in society, it's of important theoretical and practical meaning to investigate the separation situation of the ways of leisure life in different stratums and to investigate the leisure life-style's shaping and building functions on different stratum's social statuses. This essay investigates the change of the relation between working and leisure in history, and reviews the leisure life-style's research on the stratum differences of the ways of leisure life. I use the research methods such as the inducement of document, comparison, and the combination of qualitive methods and quantitative methods to analysis the relative factors of influencing the stratum differences of city residents' ways of leisure life-style, and compare the different ways of leisure life in certain social stratum. Finally, I anticipate the city resident's leisure life in the future, and make proposes about social policy related with leisure life to protect leisure rights of different social stratums in city.
