Set Pair Analysis (SPA) is a new subject which was founded by Mr Zhao Ke-qin in 1989.It is a kind of theories and methods developed for utilizing in uncertainty system of blur, random, and agency with the formula "a+bi+cj". At present, SPA Theory has been extensively applied to the fields of natural, sciences, society, economy, and so on. SPA also shows a prosperous future of application to education especially to educational assessment. Based on the fundamental of SPA, the uncertainty and correlations between educational systems have been studied in this thesis. A new method to assess students'physics grade, which can be described as μ=a+bi+cj , has been presented by the author. For a, b, c, and i, the author does much work on providing ways to identify their values. In this thesis, the author uses Set Pair Potential to describe the quality of the object and uses maximal Sameness Degree to describe the magnitude of the object. Applied to the teaching cases, SPA is consistent with the traditional assessment theories and it shows its feasibility, validity and superiority.
