Research On Satisfactory Evaluation Method And Its Application

Evaluation exists widely in all fields of society life. From primal vocation ecological evaluation to quality of life evaluation, quality of personnel evaluation, atmosphere environment evaluation, competitive ability evaluation and to recently durative development evaluation, synthetical quality evaluation of personnel sequence, synthetical evaluation technology already goes deep into every field and administrative level of society development .It plays a more and more important role for that people correctly understand business and make scientific decision. Analyzing human intelligence making decision for information process, we not difficultly find that human's natural control and decision are not suiting for optimization but naturally following the principle that people can satisfactorily settle the problems.The synthetical evaluation all time incarnates satisfactory principle, but the research about the application of satisfactory optimization theory and method in the synthetical evaluation method is poor. This paper does some basal study about the theory and application for satisfactory optimization problems and synthetical evaluation problems, and integrates the research about the theory and method of satisfactory optimization with the research about synthetical evaluation which is a practical satisfactory optimization problem.This paper firstly expatiates on the development actuality of satisfactory optimization method and synthetical evaluation method, and brings forward the inevitability of introducing satisfactory principle into synthetical evaluation method. In succession the paper systemically tidies up the satisfactory optimization method and synthetical evaluation method, introduces three kind synthetical evaluation models and discusses their applied area, advantage and disadvantage; it analyzes the satisfactory principle , introduces a multi-objective satisfactory optimization model and discusses detailedly the synthetical analysis about the satisfactory degrees in this model. And then, the paper puts forward a synthetical evaluation method based on the satisfactory theory. How to design the satisfactory rate function about qualitative indexes and quantitative indexes is discussed and a synthetical evaluation model based on satisfactory degree of decision-making people is put forward. Two examples are given to show how to put the satisfactorysynthetical evaluation model in practice and the paper analyzes the applicability and superiority of the model. Finally, achievements of the research work are summarized and the next research directions are pointed out too.From the work, we father recognize that the research about the application of satisfactory optimization method in synthetical evaluation method has an important signification for the theory and application of synthetical evaluation method.
