An Investigation Into Physical Education Situation Of Enterprises In The South Of Jiangsu Chinese Abstract

Worker PE is a main part of public one .To learn the situation of worker PE in the south of Jiangsu,search after ways of its management and running under the circumstance of hign rising economy and reveal its feature and system in marketing economy , this text surveys PE managers and 530workers from 42 industrial companies in SUZHOU WUXI and CHANGZHOU,and uses ways of datum covering,etc...to analyze their PE management ,running and ways of training and behaviors . It turns out that trade union takes in charge is the main running way of middling scale enterprises.There're many main elements of limitations to worker PE , such as lack of professional PE persons ,organizations and tutors, short of facilities, money and also its source is very monotonous .In marketing economy ,worker PE takes on characteristics of amateur and scattered, though most workers show an active attitude to PE training ,they don't form a good training habit because of the effections from enterprises society individuals and so on .Above all ,PE situation of this region doesn't coordinate with enterprise power and workers' income .On the basis of analysis to companies and workers ,middling scale enterprises should walk on the connecting road of welfare and benefit and wage an overall worker PE.
