The South, The Soviet Union, The Modernization Of Education In Northern Study

Education modernization is an important aspect of modernization of society and a major proposition in the process of education reform and development. Each country pays regard to the problem. It has been a dominating tone in international education reform and development, and been a new vista of educational research.At present, countries all over the world not only pay attention to the construction of education modernization, also give special attention to education modernization comparative study between different countries and regions. Those Studies enable us to further understand developed areas advantages and features, to perceive the gap between the backward areas, and to meet its development trends. The study will promote backward areas to find their own shortcomings and backwardness, to learn experience of developed areas, in order to improve and optimize their education. At same time, the survey data and study results also provide an important basis for education policy makers.There are imbalances in economic development between south , Central and North of Jiangsu. There are great differences in the educational investment too. Were there great education modernization differences between the three regional? What are them? We need scientific evaluation means and detailed data to illustrate.In this paper, Jiangsu educational modernization is a research object in this study. We conceived the educational modernization content and designed evaluation system. Based on this, we design questionnaire to survey and employ SPSS as statistical tool. Then we know the status of Basic education modernization in the three areas. Based on above work, we give our suggestion on harmonious development of Jiangsu education.This study will benefit the development of modern education in Jiangsu . It will be valued historical reference. First, we accurately assess the modernization of education in the actual process. The result will guide the direction of development of modern education. Secondly, we provide decision-making basis for decision-making department. And we provide reliable data for those who study the Modernization of the education. Thirdly, this study promotes the construction of assessment system of education modernization.
