Aerobics gymnastics, dance, music in one of the pursuit of human health and beautyof sports, with a high degree of artistry. Health, strength,beauty" is one kind of the history of thepursuit of physical condition of the highest position, in calisthenics, culminates in the"health, strength, beauty" features, including a highly artistic factor, make the aerobicsdiffers from other sports, it is also the majority of secondary school students one of thereasons like aerobics. School physical education shoulders the burden to improve students’health, along with the reform of school physical education and quality education in thedevelopment process, continue in-depth, aerobics to its fitness, leisure and entertainment,psychological adjustment, performance competitions multifunctional integral benefit, playsan important role in school physical education. Aerobics teachingcontent selection is more confused, no systematic and continuous, so it can not reflect theaerobics exercise value.
