A Research On Cultivating Qualities Of Creative Brains

Starting from the discussion of the definition of the qualities of creative brains, this paper expounds the possible ways as to how to cultivate creative brains successfully. It brings forth some original ideas and view points, and explores some effective methods for ideology education and brain-cultivation in universities.First, this paper gives the general definition of quality, discussing the goal system and construction system of quality. The goal system primarily includes ideology quality, operation quality, ability quality, culture quality, and physical and mental quality. Construction system consists of internal and external circumstance systems. Internal circumstance covers the essential quality, general quality and the internal factors that influence the individual quality. External quality, referring to aspects like education, practice, social circumstance, social conditions, and social effects, determines all the external conditions for the quality cultivating of brains.Second, this paper puts forward the concept of quality core, with its essence as creative quality, which means the individual possessing qualities of outstanding abilities to change the old and explore and create the new things. Quality core includes creative consciousness, creative spirit, creative ability, and practical ability as well.Third, this paper defines success as achieving one's goal through self-fulfillment. As long as the goal is meaningful and valuable, it counts when one achieves the goal by certain principles, processes and procedures. The basic principle for success follows the path of knowing oneself, setting the goal; making the plan, putting it into practice; overcoming the difficulties, strengthening the belief; advancing in proper sequence, standing up where one falls. The procedures towards success should be to make self-analyzing, set a concrete goal, decide on an implementing plan, and then carry it out.Fourth, it introduces the achievements of the developed countries in brain-cultivating,which is helpful for reference to ideology education and brain-cultivation in universities.This paper studies the relevant theories and treatises about cultivating qualities of creative brains, putting forward some original theories and points of view, such as definition of quality, theory of quality core, theory of success, etc., and exploring the effective ways to cultivating the general quality of the creative brains as well.
