“Innovation is the soul of a nation’s progress and an inexhaustible motive force fornational prosperity.” Innovative talents can succeed, innovative nation can energetic,innovative countries can develop. In today’s era of knowledge economy, internationalcompetition is mainly reflected in the quality of creative and innovative talent competition, sopeople who has a high-quality innovative talents are more and more respected. Highervocational education is an important part of higher education and vocational education andhas a dual nature to foster production, construction, service, management first line ofhigh-skilled professionals as the main task. Vocational College Hpw is the students’ creativequality will be directly related to the level of innovation in the field of applied technology.Therefore, vocational colleges should consciously take up training for the community withinnovative quality skilled personnel of the task. In this thesis, vocational college students actas the research subjects, first clear the meaning of innovation and quality of innovation andcreative quality elements, Vocational College Students’ Creative Quality necessity andShijiazhuang Information Engineering Vocational College for example, throughquestionnaires and case interviews, master students in vocational colleges develop innovativequality problems, and its genesis in-depth analysis, which proposes strengthening VocationalCollege Students’ Creative Quality of countermeasures.Innovation is the unique quality and a unique phenomenon to human society, people’sthoughts and ideas up to date. performs the people’s initiative. Creative quality is inherent inhuman physiology, psychology and external cultural environment, education environment,social environment, in the practice of innovation activities gradually formed and developed,more comprehensive, integrated relatively stable qualities. Vocational College Students’creative quality, refers to the vocational college students on the basis of existing knowledge intheir innovation activities to create a unique, innovative and valuable products play a role inthe process of relatively stable basic quality or accomplishment. In general, the quality ofvocational college students’ innovative primarily by the positive sense of innovation, agilityand innovative thinking, good innovation capability and excellent innovative personality fourelements. Vocational College Students ’Innovative Quality is the core content of the vocationalcolleges to implement a comprehensive quality education, but also the key characteristics ofschool vocational colleges, therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the Vocational CollegeStudents’ Innovative Quality. First, the training of the vocational college students’ creativeability adapts the development needs of the modern era. Secondly, it adapts the knowledgeeconomy the demand for highly qualified personnel needs. Third, innovation and quality oftraining students in vocational colleges is to promote quality education. Fourthly, it is the needfor improving students’ employability and competitiveness.For an objective, comprehensive and accurate understanding of the Vocational CollegeStudents ’Creative Quality problems and to analyze impact Vocational College Students’Creative Quality factors, seeking an effective way to innovative quality, in my ShijiazhuangInformation Engineering Vocational college students in the survey carried out an investigation.Vocational College Students’ Creative Quality problems are: weak sense of innovation;inactive innovative thinking; innovation incapacity; inadequate innovative personality. InVocational College Students’ Innovative Quality of the training process, there are manyfactors, both from the community, school and family factors, and from their own reasons.Social factors are: lack of financial investment; oriented education on the impact of students’creative thinking; education evaluation system sided. there are many School factors: notstrong students’ innovative quality culture; constraints from the traditional educationalphilosophy; innovative quality of teachers is not high; building societies lack of professionalguidance; practice teaching weak. Family factors are: family environment; family educationeffects. The student’s own main factors are: the irrational knowledge structure; poor practicalability; not strong social responsibility; lack of spirit of exploration; weak willpower;Strengthening Vocational Training Students’ Innovative measures are: to create aconducive environment for innovation and quality of training for vocational college students;to inspire students in vocational colleges the sense of innovation and creative thinking; todevelop innovative vocational college students’ practice capacity; to shape vocational collegestudents’ creative personality.
