The Research On The Principle And Tactic Of The Sensitivity Administrate In High School

Sensitivity administration is an administrative way that is formed by emotion, thought, soil confection between the administrator and the administered. It brings about harmonious work atmosphere. And it is a new idea in high school administration.To make people reahze that carrying out sensitivity administration in high school is syntheticly series project, this article tries to discuss in detail the intension of emotion and the feature of sensitivity administration. Basing on this, I research sensitivity administration from two main roles the teacher and the student in different ways, and probe into the principles and tactics of the teacher sensitivity administration and the student sensitivity administration in high school.
