Research On Implement Of The Activity Of Establishing "Happy Campus" In The Gansu Basic Education Project (GBEP)

The Gansu Basic Education Project (GBEP) was designed as a five-year project in basic education in poor areas. The purpose of the project is to increase enrolment of children of school age in poor minority areas. Thereby helping achieve universal basic education and to reduce the inequalities which exist in the education system. In order to realise the purpose, the activity of establishing "happy campus", by means of disseminating School Development Planning (SDP) , has been carried out in four of Gansu's poorest counties in Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture: Kangle, Hezheng, Jishishan and Dongxiang in the past 5 years.This paper applies the approach to qualitative research to study the possible influence of the project activities in schools (take Primary school D in Kangle county ) through the author's personal experience , individual interview and collecting vogue words, Finally the author makes suggestion on further implement of this project activity.The research thinks, Chinese and English item is in activity that create set up the " happy campus", passing the establishment from the bottom but top of management mechanism, with promote the planned management in development in school method, changes school and the relation of the supervisor section, school and the relation of the community, president and teachers and the students relation, teacher and the student' s relation, make fair, participate the thorough public in principle, promote the school management towards the democratization, norm turns, scientific and directional development. Pass the expansion participate type teaching method, the special of the affirmative student, from but make the study evaluation appear many and synthesize the sexual characteristics, because the participate type teaching opens the exhibition, independence construction or purchase, the experience share, ed make a point of the cooperation and make a point of the creative study method to produce the influence of the imperceptible influence to the student, the study for student brought bigness the variety. In movable process that create set up the * happy campus", fair, participate, cooperate, share, set up, study, renew through own efforts, develop from the oneself , the ego is affirmative, ego anti thought etc. to become the new worth a standard in school in item gradually, bringing the deep variety to the campus culture.Though this activity still has not to the utmost the place of person' s idea, the school that the whole push forward reforms the view represented a kind of new education development direction, having to the our country foundation education reform to draw lessons from the meaning very bigly.
