The teaching evaluation is macro-perspective and micro perspective education evaluation, which involves the overall checking and value judgment targeting at the entire and partial teaching systems conforming to some teaching aims and principles and applying the available evaluation approaches and means. Teaching evaluation plays the role of guidance motivation and development covering every part of the teaching activities.Teaching evaluation as an important component of the basic educational course reform functions as a key drive impetus for the new courses refer enforcement and forwarding.According to the physics course standard pertaining the full time compulsory education made with respect to the basic educational courses reform outline issued by the ministry of education the teaching evaluation puts forward the new physics teaching evaluation concept and demand as a result, it guides the physics new courses' teaching evaluation in the right direction ought to focus on the evaluation development function to promote every student's development, what's more, it should emphasize the interaction and participation of the evaluation initiators. The diversification of the evaluation contents and approaches and the dynamic development of the evaluation process.This research is based on the past ten years' teaching practice.
