The agricultural industrialization demands that the pattern of agriculture growth must be transferred from extensive growth to intensive growth, the method of agriculture growth must be transferred from the increase of invest of productive factors such as land, fund and labor to the increase of productivity of productive factors through the progress of science and technology. The intensive of knowledge and technology is the core, the increase the educational level of agriculture labors is the key. And at present, the quality of the farmers is low, the education level of most do not reach junior high school, and there lack the qualified agricultural technician. It is a great restraint on the development of agricultural industrialization. this condition is a block to the spread of agrotechnique, has bad inflection to the production of agriculture to enter the market, and it restricts the rural surplus labor to enter another profession. As an important educational style, rural vocational education plays a great role in the progress of agriculture industrialization. Rural vocational education can train a lot of agricultural specific technician, improve the general educational level of agriculture lobors. it is in favor of promoting the spread of agrotechnique, speeding the transfer of surplus labor force and cultivating some agricultural industrialization demonstration base. But at present, the level and scale of rural vocational education is not accordant with the demand of agricultural industralization. Rural vocational education can not get up with the progress of local economic development, the deficiency of education funds causes bad learning conditions, the qualified teachers are short of, and there some people cast aspersions upon rural vocational education. In the progress of rural vocational education development, the education model should be extended into disparate fields, the construction of famous and specialty subject students studied must be enhanced, more and more qualified teachers must be trained, the mechanism of sound development of rural vocational education should be established.
