The Countermeasures Of China's College Talent Cultivation In The Context Of New-type Industrialization

With China's new-type industrialization and the adjustment of industry structure, the market exhibits an increasing demand for those labors who have higher technical and vocational quality. Thus, there is no doubt that the high-level applied talents and innovative talents with knowledge and skills are in urgent need with China's economic development. But the current status of the talent cultivation in China has been disjointed to it. So how to cultivate the talents of new-type industrialization becomes a key task for universities.The thesis firstly gives the definition and connotation of new-type industrialization and describes the importance of talent cultivation in such special historical period. Then it analyzes the contradiction between the talent cultivation and the labor market. Based on the advanced experiences of talent cultivation in some foreign countries, the thesis lastly analyzes the existing defect and deficiency in the talent cultivation system in universities and puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem.
