Research On The Development Of Agricultural Higher Vocational Education And The Demand For Talents In Jiangxi

The report of the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward that China should complete the strategic plan of building comprehensively a well-off society in 2020,the key and difficult point of building a well-off society in an all-round way is in the “Completely Completed”.Agricultural modernization is still the "four simultaneous" short board,building a new socialist countryside is a great historic project in the process of modernization in China,located in central Jiangxi,is a big agricultural province,but not agricultural province,agricultural population accounting for two-thirds of the total population,the overall quality is low.To accelerate the process of development of agricultural modernization in Jiangxi and to achieve rural industrialization and the improvement of peasants' living standards,are inseparable from education.Agricultural higher vocational education undertakes the important task of cultivating advanced agricultural talents for the Jiangxi and the historical mission of serving the new rural construction.The promotion of agricultural higher vocational education is not only to improve the quality of agricultural laborers,but also to provide the intellectual support for the development of agricultural modernization,so as to realize the sustainable development of agricultural economy.Based on the analysis of the demand of agricultural talents in Jiangxi agricultural and rural economic development,this paper analyzes the influence and requirement of the industrial structure adjustment and industry reform on the talent cultivation objectives.Through the analysis of 11 agricultural and forestry higher vocational colleges,this paper explores the existing problems of agricultural higher vocational education in Jiangxi Province,and according to the current situation of agricultural development in Jiangxi,the agricultural policy,the adjustment and development trend of rural industry,close to the development trend of agricultural higher vocational education in Jiangxi province,social development needs,put forward corresponding countermeasures and reform measures.This study is of great significance to solve the problem that Jiangxi agricultural development can not meet the demand of agricultural talents,the specialty of agricultural higher vocational education in Jiangxi province and the personnel training is not consistent with Jiangxi economic structure and industry development trend,it provides practical and theoretical basis for discrimination and prejudice in agricultural higher vocational education.The research results have played a positive role in the development of agricultural higher vocational education in Jiangxi.
