Study On The Motivation Strategy Of Teachers In Colleges In He Nan Province

Now science and technology develop rapidly. The international competitiongrows intensely. Face to the opportunities and the challenges from the 21st century,the level of the educational development and the ability of the scientific innovationbecome the most important factor which decide whether a country can developscontinuously. The teachers' working enthusiasm affects the educational qualitydirectly. So how to arouse the teachers' working enthusiasm is one important problem.And we must discuss the problem deeply.At first, the paper introduces the fundamental concepts of motivation theory. Themotivation measures of teacher at some foreign colleges are analyzed and good dealsof enlightenment are gained from their experience. The current situations at home areanalyzed and the problems are pointed out at the same time. Then the paper gives anaccount of the basic conditions of He Nan Province and the development of its HigherEducation. The major needs of teachers at universities in He Nan are analyzed basedon the study on the principal problems in the development of Higher Education of HeNan Province. Finally, the paper researches the motivation strategy from thefollowing aspects: managing system, methods and means, and the mechanismconstruction.
