Research On Restrictive Factors And Countermeasures In Scientific Research Team Construction In China Universities

With development of science and technology, science and technology continuously merge into an integral whole. The macroscopic scientific research environment changes, universities play an important role in national innovation system, if universities want to develop in keen competition, it must pay great attention to efficiency and results of scientific research. All of these above objectively promote scientific research team's construction.On the basis of comprehensive analyses to DUT'S fourteen scientific research teams, we can find out present situation of scientific research team in China universities. Relying on key disciplines and scientific research bases, revolving important research items of certain creative realm or direction, research team constructs. The topics and missions roughly revolve national target, undertake national significant scientific and technical duties. Team is substantially constituted by different title scientific researchers of identical superior discipline in a university or during different universities. The overall target of the team substantially takes techniques and applications as main research direction, in the latest year enlarges the strength of basic research. The concrete target is to attain anticipated research results, acquire independent intellectual property rights of original results, publish scientific research paper, carry on academic exchanges, integrate academic groups, train the reserve .Currently, scientific research team in China universities is at the initial stage. Scientific research team in various universities roots in topic groups and staff room, the majority of teams also limit in one university's identical discipline, few has multidisciplinary characteristics. The multidisciplinary complementary advantages, resources conformity and highly effective use have not yet realized. Contraposing questions in team construction, we use theory of team, theory of motivation, theory of leadership in organization behavior study, on the basis of comprehensive literature analyses, introduce management study theory in higher education, unify fundamental research and actual exploration. This paper elaborates scientific research team's connotations and characteristics;analyzes restrictive factors in scientific research team, which mainly include incomplete mechanism, system barrier and weak team culture three aspects;Finally, proposes corresponding countermeasures.
