The Study On The Dilemma And Countermeasure Of The Cultivation Of Scientific Research Team In Chinese University

University research team rooted in knowledge resource rich and academic atmosphere in the organic soil is the mainstay of scientific development, but in our China showed a lot of problems in the process of scientific research team. Therefore,the construction of scientific research team is the key link of technology innovation system .
