The performance appointment system brings both motive power and stress. At present there exist problems during practicing the system, such as, focus on the form and short-term profit, the system is not sound, too much administration interference, the restriction of the system and how to handle the out of work situation,. Strengthen the teacher stress, and bring serial of bad influence. On the research in DUT, the teachers who developed in the middle or top position in their career or professional have more stress, the stress drive from requirement of the job. The lacks of the system have influence to the teacher stress. Thus, to perfect the system of faculty appointment and lighten the teacher stress, we should establish the idea of people-oriented, use the springiness appointment, set up the complicated evaluation system, broke up the barrier between the college and other industries, explore diversified appointment system, build up protection evaluation institution and the relative law.By analyzes the situation of the appointment on the base of questionnaire and interview discussion, the unscientific estimating system, use many theory related, the author puts forward some countermeasure and suggestions through analyzing the existing problems and the actual situation in our country, using the experiences of domestic and foreign for reference, build the model of the teacher stress under system of faculty appointment, suggest many measures for consummating the teacher appointment and remission the stress.
