The universities' personnel system is a key measure to reform the interior management in universities. In recent years, our universities' personnel system reform obtains great achievements. However, the reform is paid more attention to the system itself, neglecting people-oriented questions. Those have become the main factors, which restrain further enforcement of the universities' personnel system reform.Party's 16 session of Third Session proposed "persists the people-oriented, sets up comprehensively, coordinated, the sustainable science development view", it leads our reform direction. My research draws "people-oriented" idea into universities' personnel system reform. Emphasizing that the reform should make base on human nature and characters, make aim in relying people, improving people and respecting people, thus we can achieve the goal that teachers and universities get a harmonious development.My essay is used material method, history method, logic method and so on to making research. First, summarizing the backgrounds, importance, way to think and related conceptions. Second, from eastern, western and Marx Philosophy to trace back the "people-oriented" idea. Third, discussing the necessity that universities' personnel system reform must persist "people-oriented" idea. Fourth, analyzing the fact of universities' system reform after 80s'. The last, raising my thinking on how to persist "people-oriented" idea in universities' personnel system reform.
