Secondly, it discusses the Net-culture's negative domino effect on college students' political views, ethical awareness, values, mentality, moral concept, role consciousness, interpersonal relationships and personality development from five aspects: the openness and internationalism of the net transmission, the complicacy and disengagement of the net information, the anonymity and concealment of the Net principal, the fictitiousness and indirectness of the Net intercourse, the weak self-repression and easily-addictedness of the Net space. Finally, the paper produces the systematic and instructive opinions and countermeasures to the moral education at colleges against the Net-culture.
