Presently,the low ideological and moral quality of teenagers constantly throwsthe actual effect of moral education into social discussion.This article attempts toexplore the problem of actual effect of adolescent moral education.On the one hand,inview of sustained low effect of adolescent moral education,find faults with othermajor facts that exist inside and outside school systematically;on the other hand,putforward several countermeasures to construct a new modern model.This paper will be divided into three parts:The first part introduces the meaningand characteristics of adolescent moral education,define effectiveness of adolescentmoral education and evaluators, introduce three environmental factors:society, familyand school,demonstrate their influence on effect of adolescent moral education.Thesecond part is to define the meaning of culture, cultural diversities, make analysis ofthe background of multicultural phenomenon appeared nowadays, and causes andcharacteristics,interpret multi-cultural influence on adolescents effectiveness from twoaspects of positive and negative, focuse on analyzing appearances of moral standarddiversification, lack of the traditional moral ideas, morality anomie of the teenagersbecause of multi-culture conflict and integration,pointing out practical significanceand urgency of the juvenile moral education which we improve actual effect under thebackground of cultural diversities.The third part is to explicit several principles thatwe should follow firstly, and then come up with concrete countermeasures: makeresearches into resources essence of traditional moral education and merge them withcontents of modernities; learn from successful practices to improve the effectivenessof adolescent moral education under cultural background in several Asian countries; based on building the overall concept of moral education,consider the construction ofmoral education as a system of social engineering and call up people’s participation.
