The tutor system is not only an important form of students education and management, but also teacher-to-student efficient way. Its objective is to reinforce learning guidance and thought guidance to students. Carrying out the tutor system in China' s universities helps give impetus to undergraduates quality education, realize the integration between "Mass higher education" and "high quality" and train excellent talents who can bring forth new ideas. In the process of China's Mass Higher education , Actively referring to the development trend of the international higher education some universities have acquired new talent training and management methods according to the situation of their own universities. Among which, carrying out the tutor system in undergraduates education in minor universities is just a helpful try. But is it necessary to carry out the tutor system in China' s undergraduates education? Is it feasible? What condition does it require? It deals with the education concept transformation in China's universities, the tutor quality, the innovation of the teaching form and method, the general reform of the teaching > teachers and curriculum management system etc.
