context,the high school tutor system came into being.After many years of exploration and attempt,the system of high school tutor has important practical significance.The system of tutor in high school is not only conducive to the cultivation and improvement of students’ career planning ability,but also helps students find their potential and interests,but also improves the professional quality of teachers,realizes the unity of teaching and educating people,and creates harmonious relationship between teachers and students,and improves the quality of education in the school.Therefore,it can promote students’ comprehensive and healthy scientifically development.This paper uses the methods of literature research,questionnaire and interview,based on the theoretical basis of tutor system,defines the system of tutor,the concept of tutor,introduces relevant theories,and analyzes the necessity of the implementation of the tutor system.At the same time,it analyzes the specific implementation of the system of senior high school tutor in M school,and finds out the shortcomings and problems in the implementation process,including the determination On this basis,the paper explores the implementation suggestions of the school’s high school tutor system,and realizes the long-term and effective implementation of the system from the aspects of cultivating good campus
