With the development of society and quality education reform, the problem of teachers' job burnout has gained increasing concern. However, in previous studies little attention has been paid to teachers in vocational schools. As we all know, the development of secondary vocational technical education has been an indispensable part in China' s socialist construction. However, the survival condition of secondary vocational schools has confronted with unprecedented challenges in the process of gradual improvement of market economy system and education system. That also causes job burnout of different degrees among teachers.Therefore, concern about teachers in secondary vocational schools, as well as study on their job burnout, is very essential to the enrichment of teachers' job burnout research and the promotion of secondary vocational schools.For this reason, taking coping as intermediary variable, and teaching efficacy, work pressure as the main source of internal and external impact, this study focuses on the exploration of the integration relation between those and job burnout. This research has been done among 735 teachers in 12 secondary vocational schools in Hunan province. The comprehensive questionnaire mainly consists of four trustworthy, effective scales: teaching efficacy scale, teachers' vocationalpressure source scale, simple questionnaire on copings, teachers' job burnout scale. Results have been concluded as follows after statistical processing and analysis of all the data using software tools SPPSS12. 0 and LISREL8.51.1, Distinction exists on length of teaching career and gender in job burnout of teachers in secondary vocational schools.2, Secondary vocational school teachers' occupational stress, leadership and management, career expectation, and pressure on development are the four factors that can easily lead to job burnout.3, Teaching efficacy of secondary vocational schools, especially individual teaching efficacy, has influence on the coping and job burnout,4, As for occupational stress and teaching efficacy' s influence on its job burnout, teachers' coping is an important intermediary factor. Active coping can reduce delinquency and slackness, and vice verse.
