With the economic and social development of our country,the demands for teachers are improved.However,the pressure and challenges faced by teachers are increasing day by day.Vocational education is an important part of the modern national education system.At the same time,secondary vocational teachers also faced with the same problem and bear a certain degree of job stress and job burnout.Appropriate occupational pressure can help the development of teachers in secondary vocational schools.But serious job burnout,if not effectively relieved,it will have an impact on physical and mental health,which in turn will affect the quality of vocational talents in secondary vocational schools.Therefore,the occupational pressure and occupational burnout faced by teachers in secondary vocational schools have become an important and objective problem in the professional development of teachers in secondary vocational schools.This paper mainly focuses on questionnaires and adopts a random cluster sampling method.It using Vocational Teachers' Occupational Stress Scale,Vocational Teachers' Job Satisfaction Scale and Vocational Teachers' Job Burnout Scale for the measurements of eight secondary vocational schools in Hangzhou,Ningbo,Jinhua,Jiaxing and Taizhou etc.in Zhejiang Province.There were 283 effective questionnaires with an effective rate of 79%.This paper mainly used SPSS22.0 and AMOS22.0 software for all data input,processing and research,and used methods such as descriptive statistics,linear regression,and structural equation modeling,examines the correlation data,differences analysis,regression analysis,and mediation analysis of the actual data obtained.The in-depth study of the professional pressures and job satisfaction experienced by the teachers in vocational schools on the intrinsic link of job burnout provides an empirical basis for the theoretical conception.The main conclusions are as follows:1.The overwhelming majority(over 90%)of secondary vocational teachers have occupational burnout to varying degrees,and the occupational fatigue of secondary vocational teachers is generally at a medium level.2.The job burnout of secondary vocational school teachers has obvious differences in gender,marital status,income level,whether it is class teacher,administrative level,etc.At the same time,the professional burnout of the secondary vocational school teachers does not exist in terms of current academic qualifications,political aspects,age,length of education professional titles,teaching subjects,and workload;3.There is a significant positive correlation between job burnout and occupational stress in secondary vocational teachers,that is,the more pressure,the higher the degree of job burnout,and the occupational stress has a significant predictive effect on job burnout.4 Job burnout is negatively correlated with job satisfaction,that is,the more scores the job satisfaction scores,the lower the degree of job burnout.5.The occupational stress of secondary vocational teachers not only directly affects their job burnout,but also indirectly affects job burnout through job satisfaction.Job stress has a significant intermediary role in job burnout and is a partial intermediary role.In view of the actual status of job burnout and the inherent relationship between occupational stress,job satisfaction and job burnout,and the demographic variables,the analysis of the basic characteristics of the causes of job burnout by job characteristics variables,in order to avoid too much burnout will have a negative impact on secondary vocational teachers,students and society,this paper starts with the social,school and teachers themselves,Gives some detailed strategies to relieve teacher burnout,with a view to provide reference for the construction of secondary vocational education teachers and the improvement of education quality.This will promote the benign development of teachers in secondary vocational schools and promote the development of vocational education in China.
