Research On Knowledge Management Of Our Country Education Informatization

With the advent of the information age, Education informatization of our country has been highly concerned by the whole society. Over the past 10 years, with the construction of the infrastructure to serious education resources, our national education informatization has past through a process from the "hardware" building to the equal building of "soft" and "hard". However, as the continuous construction progress of the "soft" and "hard", we are currently facing some unavoidable problems, it is how to take full advantage of these infrastructure resources to achieve education for the effective management, use and appreciation;how to use these technology platform to make the individual hidden knowledge of teachers be obviouse;how to transfer these individual hidden knowledge into open knowledge resources of school through sharing and exchanging, in order to meet the aim of constantly promoting the individual character and school collective organizations wisdom.In view of this situation, this article tries to find solutions and theoretical basis through using the reference of knowledge management experiences from home and abroad enterprises. Through analysing the concept and content of "education information" and "knowledge management" , followed up with a result that "implementing the knowledge management of education informatization exists feasibility". In the meanwhile, it is also feasible that importing the knowledge management theory and technology into education informatization. The function of education information platform should be paralle with four taches during the course of transfering knowledge, they are "accumulation", "sharing", "learning applications" and "innovation", then the result that "the effective transfer of knowledge through technology"will be turned into reality. This article thinks about not only the construction of the information technology platform, but also analyzes "the management" and "culture" factor of influencing the technology platform operation, put forward some approaches and methods of organization structure, management systems and school culture construction about knowledge management implementation. Finally, in the basis of these analyses, full consulting and absorbing the existing research results, and combining with the practice of current educational information, advancing the specific steps and methods.of constructing the knowledge management system in the cource of educational information.
