Since J.A.Comenius pioneered the class teaching system,studies on primary school classroom management has been prioritized both home and abroad.As development of educational informatization gathers pace,advanced educational technology gives impetus to innovation of education,which poses a higher requirement for primary school classroom management.Classroom management and teaching are closely interrelated.Good classroom management is one of the most vital elements affecting teaching activities.Thus,it means a lot to explore effective strategies of primary school classroom management under the background of educational informatization.By referring to relevant literature on the growth of educational informatization home and abroad,classroom management and application of classroom management strategies against the background of informatization,the paper takes the classroom management of Changsha S primary school as a research object.Methods of questionnaire,interview and observation are adopted to get some knowledge of S primary school management as well as the application status of classroom management strategies.The research puts the main focus on analyzing the problems existing in current primary school classroom management and their causes as well,on which basis the author concludes that reasonable utilization of informative means helps to resolve the problems with present primary school class and enhances teaching results.Current development of educational informatization along with the new requirements for effective techniques in primary school classroom management are reviewed in this paper.Construction of primary school classroom management strategies under the circumstance of educational informatization is done from three aspects,including classroom emotion management,behavior management and organization management.Firstly,with regard to classroom emotion management,a teacher himself/herself is supposed to establish a correct concept toward students,attaches importance to a harmonious teacher-student relationship,makes good use of information technology,fully stimulates students' learning interest and creates a positive teaching environment.Effective adoption of classroom emotion management strategies assists in creating a favorable classroom atmosphere.Secondly,as for behavior management,the teacher needs to keep an eye on routine class management by adhering to people-oriented management and positive guidance.Classroom discipline management tactics such as suggestion,fading,direct correction etc.can be employed to regulate both teachers' and students' behavior.Thirdly,educational informatization poses greater challenges for organization and management strategies of classroom.Creating teaching situation,implementing effective questioning and applying technology are not only of great importance to the adjustment of time management tactics,exchange and interaction,but also means much to classroom management of primary school.Effective implementation of a series of classroom management helps to fulfil maximum efficiency of classroom management and promote all-round development of students.
