Research On University Student's Information Literacy Training Platform Based On Knowledge Management

Educational approaches and methods have been undergoing dramatic changes with the development of modern information and internet technology, in this situation, education is also developing itself to adapt to the information age. The ultimate purpose of information education is to foster fully equipped intellectuals who can well adapt to the information age. Therefore, information education must concentrate on quality education characterized by information literacy and emphasize on the cultivation of creativity and the improvement of information accomplishment, the latter of which has become an important criteria in terms of judging a student' s studying abilities. The fast development of information education has brought us not only a series of education renovations but some negative aspects as well. Large amount of information exists unorderly,consequently, students are always found themselves too confused to acquire the knowledge they need in a fast and efficient way. Besides, most knowledge university students gained from the internet network are simply a duplication of the original contents in the textbooks and an accumulation of theories, again, consequently, the cultivation of student' s information literacy is suffering negligence.Knowledge management refers to the process of acquiring, making use of and creating new knowledge as well as the process of improving students' reacting and creating abilities through knowledge share and team cooperation.
