Research On Financial Management Informatization Construction Of Private D Vocational College

With the rapid development of the Internet and other new information technology,"Internet + " has become an important driving force for social development and economic innovation,and has also promoted profound changes in the accounting industry."Internet + finance" has become the mainstream trend of financial management.The informatization of financial management in private universities is an important part of the reform of the National University system.Although non-governmental colleges and universities make great efforts to explore in the reform of financial information,there are still many problems to be solved.This paper selects D Vocational College as the research object,using the methods of literature research,case study,field research and statistical analysis,analyzes the problems existing in its financial management informatization construction,and deeply studies its financial management informatization service innovation demand.Through the questionnaire survey of financial personnel and teachers in D Vocational College of Science and Trade,the general problems of information construction of financial management in D Vocational College of Science and trade are understood from the demand side,it is found that the position setting of finance department in D Vocational College of Science and trade is insufficient,the security of information network is insufficient,the financial information resources can not be shared,and the satisfaction of faculty and staff to the management of scientific research and financial reimbursement is low.On this basis,based on the theory of service innovation,this paper establishes a four-dimensional model of financial service innovation of D Vocational College of Science and Trade,and constructs an evaluation index of financial service innovation ability of D Vocational College of Science and trade,then it evaluates the innovation ability of its financial service,and draws the conclusion that D Vocational College of Science and trade has good innovation ability in new service,new mode,new technology and so on,but the low score of customer interface innovation and service delivery innovation will limit the improvement of the overall level of financial service innovation,which is also the main problem faced by the Finance Department of D Technical College.According to the above analysis,this paper puts forward that the goal of financial management information innovation of D Vocational College is to realize business process information,financial system integration,analysis and decision-making intelligent;The innovative thinking of financial management information is to realize budget business process information,accounting business process information,data analysis process information,financial system coupling.Finally,it puts forward the innovative strategies of financial management informationization in private colleges and universities: promoting one-stop and personalized service,improving service level and efficiency;timely business process reconstruction,supporting the innovation of Financial Service Model;improving the comprehensive quality of employees,we will stimulate the potential of financial services,increase technical input and continuously improve the information level of financial management,strengthen network and data supervision and ensure the security of financial information.
