The interpersonal relationships are all kinds of social relations which the human and the human form in the reality, and are human's social concentrated expressions. It is realized via the interpersonal interaction among human, language contact in particular. And for Chinese remarkable "human study" feature, it has provided an opportunity for the Chinese teaching researchers to analyse Chinese teaching in the sociological angle. The big Chinese includes all phenomena on earth ,and returns the language study to original state - to transmit, accept the language knowledge, and raise, form the spoken language communication ability in the social association. This process shows what relationships are two sides of one body between Chinese education and the interpersonal relationship, and are interdependent mutually. That passes through the language learner socialization process all time.This article attempts to carefully examine our country language education by the social psychology judgment. It sets out from analyse interpersonal relationship network of leaning mainbody -the school, the family, the social various stratification planes to describe the objective interpersonal relationship behavior in Chinese education, proposes the democracy, the equal, the dialogue modern Chinese education interpersonal relationship idea, and carries out to the concrete interpersonal relationship practice, illuslating propagating the modern teachers and students relations, students and students relations and so on. Finally carries out these ideas to the speech communication practice, completes transformation from the interpersonal relationship ideal idea to the realistic spoken language communication ability.The paper is composed by five parts, to interpersonal relationship in Chinese education, on one hand describes that from the ancient to the present longitudinally, on the other hand performs the comprehensive crosswise analysis treating the language learner as the central ofinterpersonal relationship network, omni-directionally reflected evolution of interpersonal relationship idea from control to equal in Chinese education, furthermore proposed a concrete realization plan of interpersonal relationship of modern language education which take the equality as the instruction .The first part proposes the Chinese is the life comprehensive reflection, the people complete the human communication through the language tool, form the interpersonal relationship, thus points out the language education and the interpersonal relationship are two sides of one body. The second part quotes examples to introduce control - obeying relations of teachers and students and the coexisting equal and inequal students and students relations in control of the control idea in traditional language education. The third part take the Chinese classroom as a dimension, narrates separately overall interpersonal relations network existing inside and outside the Chinese classroom. It is made up of relationships between teachers and students, the colleague, the parent-child, and the hypothesized interpersonal relationships .Proposes the equal contact idea, and reflects equal idea in healthy language environment establishment. The fourth part puts forward the training scheme to carry out modern relationships of teachers and students, students and students in Chinese education, which implement equal idea .The fifth part proposes the raising way about communication ability to implement effective interpersonal communication by using spoken language mark with non- spoken language mark adhereing to the spoken language mark,so that it carries out the interpersonal relationship ideas in Chinese education from the psychological stratification plane to the speech communicational practice stratification plane.
