Cultivating children's good interpersonal skills is not only beneficial for children to learn how to communicate with teachers,peers,parents and other social members,but also has an important impact on the development of individual's interpersonal relationship,social adaptation,healthy personality and happy life in the future.From birth to preschool,children spend most of their time at home.Their parents are their first teachers.The development of their interpersonal skills begins at home.Therefore,it is of great significance to deeply discuss the relationship between the two different family relationships,husband and wife relationship and parent-child relationship in the family,and the interpersonal communication of children in the big class.In this study,400 parents of senior class children from 4 kindergartens in L city were taken as the research object,and the status of family relationship and interpersonal communication of senior class children,as well as the correlation between husband and wife relationship,parent-child relationship and interpersonal communication of senior class children were analyzed by questionnaire survey.The results are as follows: the relationship between husband and wife tends to be harmonious on the whole,and the relationship between husband and wife is the best in the three dimensions of communication,cognition and emotion.Urban parents performed better than rural parents in the communication between husband and wife;Education level and low family monthly income level have certain influence on the relationship between husband and wife.Parent-child relationship tends to be harmonious on the whole;Rural parents control their children more than urban parents;Parents with low educational level have a higher degree of control over their children.Girls are more attached to their parents than boys.The overall interpersonal communication development level of children in the big class is high,and the development is the best in the three dimensions,withdrawal and aggression.The withdrawn and aggressive behavior of urban children in interpersonal communication is less than that of rural children.Highly educated parents have less aggressive behavior in their young children.There is a significant positive correlation between the relationship betweenhusband and wife,the relationship between parents and children and the interpersonal communication of children in senior class.The educational Suggestions of this study are: to strengthen self-exposure and emotional expression,to promote the development of communication between couples;To enhance the understanding and positive attribution of couples' behaviors and promote the cognitive development of couples;The relationship between husband and wife is at the core to create a healthy family system.Reasonable requirements,positive response,establish close parent-child relationship;Parents should pay more attention to their own growth and not pass their anxiety on to their children.
