| This study has firstly expatiated on the concept of scientific spirit and explained the important meaning of scientific spirit cultivation to the middle school student.Chemistry education is an important component in the science education of foundation education. Chemistry is a science based on experiment foundation, experiment research teaching is a important teaching model in chemistry teaching which could present the new course concept and orientation on student, it will make an unique advantage in improving the student's science knowledge, practice capability and especial the cultivation of scientific spirit. Therefore, it is necessary to make a deep research about the cultivation of scientific spirit for the student by the experiment research in the middle school chemistry teaching from the new course concept, which could promote thecultivation of student's scientific spirit from the chemistry teachers in the middle school. This study has discussed the issues how to make an experiment research teaching in middle school chemistry and how to make good cultivation to the student's scientific spirit education from the aspects of theory and practice. Based on the science theory of psychology and pedagogy, connecting with detailed examples, the study has made an analysis about how to cultivate the student's scientific spirit and pointed the issues that should be cared in the operation.
