This paper addresses the static psychological features of the linguistic sense inpsychological terms------schemata and the dynamic psychological peculiarity------transport phenomenon. It reveals the psychological essence of the origination and the development of the language sense. From the pragmatical perspective, it elaborates that the object of the language sense is not the language but the speech. By comparative analysis of the language and speech, this article addresses the characteristics of the content and the form of the language and speech.The ultimate goal of Chinese teaching is to develop students' Chinese appreciation. How to cultivate their ability to perceive Chinese is the core of developing their Chinese appreciation. The perceptive faculties can't be formed and improved if there is no instruction of analyzing the linguistic sense. The author analyses the language context, the experience and the humanism as well as the sounds, the words, the sentences, the image and the style, which are all the vital elements of the language sense analysis.The last part summarizes seven strategies which are very useful in the analysis of the language sense: 1) Reducing to the language context;2) Analyzing in the blank;3) Analyzing the variation by perception;4) Analyzing the logic of understanding and the logic of reason;5) Analyzing through the Multi-decipherment;6) Analyzing by the syntagmatic relation and the connivent relation of Chinese.
